OUR VISION AND MISSION:
Our vision is to glorify God by demonstrating the love of Christ in order to change the world one person at a time.
We are a community of believers who bring the Kingdom of God to the Capital Region of New York State by living out the Kingdom priorities of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.
The VISION AND MISSION of The Christian & Missionary Alliance:
The Christian and Missionary Alliance is a fellowship of Great Commission Christians who are glorifying God by building Christ’s Church worldwide.
Our mission is to know Jesus Christ; exalt Him as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King; and complete His Great Commission:
Evangelizing and discipling persons throughout the United States, and
Incorporating them into Christ-centered, community-focused congregations,
Mobilizing them for active involvement in a missionary effort designed to plant Great Commission churches among both unreached and responsive peoples worldwide.
CORE VALUES:
Lost people matter to God. He wants them found.
Prayer is the primary work of God’s people.
Everything we have belongs to God. We are only stewards.
Knowing and obeying God’s Word is fundamental to all true success.
Completing the Great Commission will require the mobilization of every fully devoted disciple.
Without the Holy Spirit’s empowerment, we can accomplish nothing.
Achieving God’s purposes involves taking faith-filled risks.
THE GREAT COMMISSION:
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)
REV. KEITH A. HOBSON SR.
Pastor Keith Hobson was born in Albany, NY and raised in the Albany area.
As a youth Pastor Hobson attended the Loudonville Christian School and Guilderland Central High School. He graduated from Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary where he received his theological education. He was licensed as a pastor in the Christian and Missionary Alliance and received three years of in-service training prior to ordination. He was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ by the Northeastern District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He has served the Lord as pastor of two churches: Deposit Alliance Church (where he served for four years) and Colonie Alliance Church (where he has served for over 25 years and where he is currently serving).
Pastor Hobson and his wife, Maryellen, have been married for over 35 years and together have four children, now adults. God has blessed them with eleven grandchildren.

ALLIANCE MEN'S GROUP
Colonie Alliance Church’s Men's group is a ministry designed to encourage men at all levels of their faith journey, to come together, learn, pray, and perform work projects with the goal of increasing their faith, and sharing Jesus Christ at home and around the world.
ALLIANC WOMEN’s GROUP
Great Commission Women is a group for women of all ages who meet together on a regular basis to support world-wide missions, pray together, and enjoy times of fellowship as we seek to encourage one another to grow in our faith and to follow Jesus more closely.
